Christopher Lloyd serial killer movie, I Am Not A Serial Killer creeps closer towards release

I Am Not A Serial Killer movie poster

Christopher Lloyd is best known for his role as Doc Brown in the Back To The Future movies. Lloyd is an iconic comedy character,  but I have always wanted to see him in a much more sinister role. Now we get to see that in I Am Not A Serial Killer.

The film played at this year’s Fantasia Film Festival. It was on our review list but we had problems with our screener. It was a dark day for moviehooker.

Anyways, the film is getting closer to release and we have a brand new trailer to share with you.

The film stars Christopher Lloyd, and Max Records as a young sociopath with an unhealthy fasination with serial killers.

I Am Not A Serial Killer is based on a novel of the same name. The book was first published in 2009 by author Dan Wells. The book is the first part of a trilogy called The John Cleaver Trilogy

Official Plot (from Wiki)

The book follows 15-year-old John Wayne Cleaver, a diagnosed sociopath who lives above a mortuary owned by his mother. He fears that he is “fated” to become a serial killer and so lives by a set of rules designed to keep his homicidal impulses in check. His careful regime of self-denial is threatened when he becomes ensnared in a serial murder case in which he senses a connection with the killer.
