Check out the trailer, some images and the first poster for Stephen King’s PET SEMATARY Reboot
Stephen King must be delighted these days. It ain’t very often any sort of writer would get their work adapted into a film, never mind getting them adapted twice. He must have a hard time counting all that cash. The man deserves every penny, he has given us a whole world of horror throughout the years. I for one am glad that Pet Sematary is being retold to a whole new generation.
Out of all of King’s adaptations, I have to say that Pet Sematary has to be one of my all-time favourites. I’ve not watched the film in years, partly because I am afraid the film didn’t age well.
I am really looking forward to seeing what they do with this reboot. I hope they keep it dark and go for a mature audience rather having a cinema filled with annoying teenagers. If that happens, I will have to wait until I get a screener or it’s available for rent.
I am, however, very impressed with the first image we got of, Church, everyone’s favourite Zom-Cat. Have a look below
HERE IS THE OFFICIAL POSTER WHICH WAS RELEASED YESTERDAY
Pet Sematary stars Jason Clarke, Amy Seimetz and John Lithgow. We can expect a 2019 release. More information to follow as the news unfolds. As always, thanks for reading.
