Fantasia Film Festival 2024 – Here are the award winners

Here are the winners of the Fantasia International Film Festival movie awards. You will want to take note of the films listed below as they will be all the rage in the coming months and next year. I would also recommend that you head over to Fantasia’s official website and take note of the other films that played at the fest. Just because they didn’t win any awards, doesn’t mean they’re not worth checking out. Now, let’s get to the press release.

THE FANTASIA INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES THE AUDIENCE AWARDS FOR ITS 28TH EDITION

August 2024 — The 28th massive edition of The Fantasia International Film Festival came to a close on the eve of August 4th with the World Premiere of André Forcier’s period dramedy ABABOUINÉ. With record attendance and sold-out screenings that rivaled the fest’s pre-pandemic years, the long-running Canadian fest is proud to announce that it will return once again in 2025, from July 17 to August 3!

Having tabulated thousands of votes from its enthusiastic attendees, Fantasia is also very proud to announce its prestigious Audience Awards:
