Man Faces New Zealand Wilderness With A Broken Mind in LOOP TRACK

Dark Sky Films will be releasing a new psychological indie thriller from New Zealand called LOOP TRACK. You can check out the cast and crew, release info, synopsis and trailer below.

The trailer has me hooked already. I didn’t even have to finish the whole thing. I’ve seen enough…and I want more. Loop Track looks to be a great psychological horror that focuses on the fragility of an almost broken mind. An anxiety-ridden stranger claiming there are people watching them and something sinister is out to take their lives. It seems like a similar plot to the FANTASTIC indie horror They Look Like People only on a much larger scale. Is this guy’s mental health about to break and pose a danger to the strangers he is travelling with? or, is there actually something or someone watching their every move?

OFFICIAL FILM SYNOPSIS:

Ian, a man on the verge of a nervous breakdown, disappears from the world and takes a hike in the New Zealand wilderness. His efforts to avoid other hikers are futile and he is drawn into their worlds, but he can never shake the feeling that they are being stalked by someone, or something, sinister. As Ian’s paranoia grows, the other hikers become wary of him. He’s cagey about his past, he never sleeps, and his anxiety leads him to make concerning claims. Far from society, Ian starts to question his own sanity before plunging into a bloody battle for survival.
