Kids vs Aliens: Attack The Block meets Evil Aliens

Jason Eisener first appeared on our radar back in 2011 with the Rutger Hauer b-movie classic, Hobo With A Shotgun.

After Hobo With A Shotgun, he was a producer on the fantastic Turbo Kid and did a segment in V/H/S 2. More recently he released The Dark Side Of The Ring in 2019. Now, Eisner is back and meaning icky business with his new flick Kids Vs Aliens.

I mean, do I even have to tell you what this going to be about? The plot is as self-explanatory as the Sam Jackson comedy/thriller, Snakes on a Plane. Kids VS Aliens…is about…yup, you guessed it, a bunch of kids who fight aliens. As silly as the title is, In my opinion, this looks like a ton of fun.

In V/H/S 2, Eisner’s segment was called “Slumber Party Alien Abduction”. Kids Vs Aliens is a feature-length spinoff of the V/H/S 2 short.

All Gary wants is to make awesome home movies with his best buds. All his older sister Samantha wants is to hang with the cool kids. When their parents head out of town one Halloween weekend, an all-time rager of a teen house party turns to terror when aliens attack, forcing the siblings to band together to survive the night.

The trailer is great and looks to blend the likes of Attack the Block in with Jake West’s, Evil Aliens (gruesome b-movie gold btw).
